Any delivery above €60 is FREE of charge within Ireland.

Fastway Courier Services Delivery (1 to 3 Working Days Within Ireland) :
Delivery charges outside Ireland would be shown at check out please bear in mind that there is no tax within EU , but products sent over outside E.U  might be charged tax/duty by local authorities. 

Order Tracking:

All orders update in real time. We will send you email/text confirmation when your order is dispatched from our shop. You will be assigned tracking number by the courier via email to inform you about your order delivery. 

Note:

1) This information is taken directly by the courier provider. Estimated arrival time may vary if so, 'DIVINEDIVA' is not responsible for any mishap. 

2) Saturday deliveries are at the discretion of the couriers, it is our experience that in most cases they do choose to deliver to residential addresses on Saturday mornings.

3) In case of missing or delayed the order, please note we will wait for 15 working days to investigate, trace, replace or refund lost items.

4) We follow UK Sizes only.

 

Return and Exchange 
If you are not happy with the purchase , please return the product at the address below or by post (with tracking number and proof of sent ), 

Our policy lasts 14 days , if 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or refund . To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

Email us that you are returning your order.
Return your order and with the note for exchange.(The return label is on you, unless faulty item received from our side.)
All online orders and store purchases can be returned to store for FREE.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once your returned item is approved, then your exchange or refund will be processed as soon as possible normally within 2 working days of receiving the goods.
